An eCommerce website was designed and developed for our client, delivering a faster, more engaging experience that better reflects the strength and professionalism of the 365 Nutrition brand.
To simplify one of the most complex aspects of the migration, we developed a custom AI-powered solution that intelligently mapped products from the existing website into the new product structure. Using AI, we automatically extracted nutritional information and ingredient data directly from product packaging, significantly improving the quality, consistency and completeness of product information while helping customers make more informed purchasing decisions.
Alongside the website redevelopment, we supported the client’s transition to a new EPOS system, ensuring seamless integration between the website and in-store operations. Products, pricing and stock levels are automatically synchronised, reducing manual administration and improving inventory accuracy.
Customer accounts were carefully migrated to the new platform, allowing existing customers to continue shopping with minimal disruption and ensuring a smooth transition to the new website.
The inaccurate macro calculator was replaced with a completely new version built using well-established nutritional formulas, providing customers with reliable, personalised recommendations.
To improve product discovery and increase customer engagement, we implemented intelligent product recommendations based on customer behaviour and purchasing patterns, helping surface the most relevant products throughout the shopping journey.
The new website was built with technical SEO at its core while also being structured for Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), helping maximise visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences.
We also implemented AI-powered search, enabling customers to quickly find products, brands and categories using natural language queries rather than relying solely on exact keyword matches.
Finally, we deployed the website onto a new managed hosting platform featuring a global CDN, Web Application Firewall (WAF) protection, and continuous performance optimisation. Today, we continue to provide 365 Nutrition with fully managed hosting, proactive monitoring, ongoing support and maintenance, ensuring the platform remains secure, reliable and ready to scale as the business grows.
